Return Policy – 100% Customer Satisfaction

We always strive to deliver the promise of 100% customer satisfaction. In the event you are not fully satisfied with our product(s), you may return back to us for a full credit or refund. You have 7 days from the date of delivery. Returned must be in new condition with original packing. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED ITEM. This includes breaking the original manufacturer seal. The item must be returned in the original package and the return expenses will be cover by the customer. A copy of your original e-mail/invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please mail our online customer service staff to obtain any information you may need prior to return your item(s)

 If you returned an opened item, and you did not follow this important policy, we will destroy the item and no credit, or re-send item will be applicable and/or available.  The reason to destroy the item(s) is due to security, health, save reasons for our customers, insurance and our company policies/procedures. You will be issued a credit for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges to the credit/debit card used for purchase within 14 business days of theexpressdiabetic.com receipt of the returned item. The customer is responsible for the freight back to us. Please make sure that there is a delivery confirmation on the package that is being returned. We cannot issue credit if we never receive the item(s) back to our warehouse in North Carolina.

theexpressdiabetic.com is not responsible for the freight outside the contiguous 48 states.
